Who we are
StudentFolio is a government-licensed study abroad consultancy in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, operating since 2015. We help Nepali students study abroad in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and Malta — and we've guided more than 2,000 students from their first counselling session all the way to campus.
How we work
Our counselling starts from your reality, not a sales target: your academics, your budget, your gap years, your family plans. We are known for taking on the cases other consultancies turn away — low GPA profiles, long study gaps, and students who need no-IELTS pathways — because we know exactly which programs accept them.
What we stand for
Officially sourced information only. We verify tuition fees, work-hour rules, and visa requirements against official sources before we advise you — and when regulations change, our advice changes with them.
Beyond students
We also partner directly with international institutions — including direct partnerships in Malta and university channels across Europe — and collaborate with fellow consultancies as an active member of Nepal's education consulting community.
